Forwarding User's Incoming Email to Another Address (for Email Administrators)

At some point, you may find that you need to forward your user's incoming email to another address.  This can be done through your email administrator interface.

  1. Visit
  2. Log on using your administrative email address and password

  3. Click the Settings icon

  4. Expand the Domain Settings folder

  5. Click Users

  6. Double-click on the user you want to change

  7. Click the Forwarding tab

  8. Enter the destination address in the Forwarding Address field

  9. If you don't want the user's account to fill up with forwarded email, you can check the Delete messages when forwarded box

  10. Click Save.  Don't forget to log out later
