Users of Outlook 2016 may have trouble deleting emails when connected to our systems via IMAP
This is due to a change that Microsoft made in Outlook 2016 that affects the compatibility with the server software we use
To get this function working again:
- Open Outlook
- Click File → Info → Account Settings → Account Settings...
- Double click your IMAP account
- Click "More Settings..."
- Click the "Advanced" tab. Make sure BOTH of the checkboxes are CHECKED (it should look like the screenshot below)
- Click OK → Next → Finish → Close
- You're done!
